100 Garlic Cloves Salmon
This stunning 100 Garlic Cloves Salmon is a showstopper dish that combines tender, flaky salmon with sweet and savory roasted garlic cloves in a umami-rich miso glaze. Created by eitan, this recipe layers white miso, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil for a perfectly balanced Asian-inspired flavor profile that's both elegant and comforting. The slow roasting technique ensures the garlic becomes mellow and caramelized while the salmon stays moist and delicious.
