Italian Stromboli
A delicious and easy Italian stromboli perfect for lunch or dinner any night of the week
Ingredients
- 1.000 pizza crust
- 0.500 cup pizza sauce
- deli ham
- 1.000 cup mozzarella cheese
- salami
- 1.000 cup mozzarella cheese
- pepperoni
- 1.000 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1.000 tbsp butter
- garlic powder
- parsley
- pizza sauce
Instructions
- Roll out a pizza crust onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Brush on half a cup of your favorite pizza sauce, leaving a little space at the edges
- Layer on sliced deli ham
- Add one cup of freshly grated mozzarella cheese
- Add a layer of sliced salami
- Add another cup of mozzarella cheese
- Add a layer of pepperoni
- Add one more cup of mozzarella cheese
- Carefully roll up the stromboli using the parchment paper to help
- Pull the end up and fold it over when you reach the other side
- Pinch all the seams together
- Flip it over so the seam is face down
- Brush on melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley
- Cut a few slits in the top
- Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes until the crust is crispy and golden
- Slice and serve with pizza sauce for dipping
