Deep-Fried Chicken Wing Variations

Ingredients
- 6 pounds chicken wings
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup sriracha sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oil to 350-375°F. Line a baking sheet with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Fry the chicken wings in batches until golden brown, about 8-12 minutes.
- Drain the wings on paper towels.
- Variation 1: Dry Cajun wings - Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the fried wings and toss to coat.
- Variation 2: Honey Garlic wings - In a small bowl, mix together the honey and garlic. Brush the mixture over the fried wings and toss to coat.
- Variation 3: Spicy Sriracha Cream wings - In a small bowl, mix together the sriracha sauce, sour cream, and lime juice. Brush the mixture over the fried wings and toss to coat.
