  • 1.000 tsp Sugar
  • 300.000 g Canned tomatoes
  • 1.000 tbsp Adjika
  • 1.000 tsp Paprika (sweet, dried)
  • 1.000 tbsp Khmeli suneli
  • 1.000 tbsp Dried basil
  • 1.000 Salt
  • 3.500 cloves Garlic
  • 60.000 g Walnuts
  • 20.000 g Parsley
  • 20.000 g Basil
  • 10.000 g Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Boil beef with carrot and onion to create a flavorful broth, seasoning with bay leaves and allspice berries
  2. Remove cooked beef from broth, dice it into bite-sized pieces, and strain the broth
  3. In the broth, add diced onions and cook until softened
  4. Add tomato paste and cook for a few minutes to develop flavor
  5. Add rice and sour plums to the broth and cook until rice is nearly tender
  6. Add canned tomatoes, adjika, paprika, khmeli suneli, and dried basil
  7. Return the diced beef to the soup
  8. Add minced garlic, chili pepper, and ground walnuts
  9. Season with sugar and salt to taste
  10. Simmer until all ingredients are fully cooked and flavors are well blended
  11. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, basil, and cilantro
