- 100.000 g Rice
- 4.500 Onion
- 3.500 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1.000 tsp Sugar
- 300.000 g Canned tomatoes
- 1.000 tbsp Adjika
- 1.000 tsp Paprika (sweet, dried)
- 1.000 tbsp Khmeli suneli
- 1.000 tbsp Dried basil
- 1.000 Salt
- 3.500 cloves Garlic
- 60.000 g Walnuts
- 20.000 g Parsley
- 20.000 g Basil
- 10.000 g Cilantro
Instructions
- Boil beef with carrot and onion to create a flavorful broth, seasoning with bay leaves and allspice berries
- Remove cooked beef from broth, dice it into bite-sized pieces, and strain the broth
- In the broth, add diced onions and cook until softened
- Add tomato paste and cook for a few minutes to develop flavor
- Add rice and sour plums to the broth and cook until rice is nearly tender
- Add canned tomatoes, adjika, paprika, khmeli suneli, and dried basil
- Return the diced beef to the soup
- Add minced garlic, chili pepper, and ground walnuts
- Season with sugar and salt to taste
- Simmer until all ingredients are fully cooked and flavors are well blended
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, basil, and cilantro
