Ingredients

  • 1.250 kg chicken
  • 550.000 ml heavy cream (20% fat)
  • 1.000 head garlic
  • 10.000 g parsley
  • 10.000 g dill
  • hot ground pepper
  • 1.000 tsp paprika
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into portion pieces and season with salt
  2. Sear chicken in a pan until golden brown on all sides
  3. Mince garlic and finely chop parsley and dill
  4. Transfer seared chicken to a baking dish or skillet
  5. Add minced garlic, paprika, hot pepper, and fresh herbs to the chicken
  6. Pour heavy cream over the chicken, ensuring the sauce covers the meat well
  7. Cover and braise in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through
  8. Serve hot with bread or lavash
