- 1.000 head garlic
- 10.000 g parsley
- 10.000 g dill
- hot ground pepper
- 1.000 tsp paprika
- salt

- Cut chicken into portion pieces and season with salt
- Sear chicken in a pan until golden brown on all sides
- Mince garlic and finely chop parsley and dill
- Transfer seared chicken to a baking dish or skillet
- Add minced garlic, paprika, hot pepper, and fresh herbs to the chicken
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken, ensuring the sauce covers the meat well
- Cover and braise in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through
